Refund Policy

As long as the product is in good condition, you can return or exchange it for free within 30 days of receiving the product. If the product is damaged by you, it cannot be returned, but you can contact us and we will be happy to help you solve any problems.

•We stand behind our products. You may return the item for an exchange or full refund within 30 days from the date of receipt.

•All returns must come with the original packaging and contain all original accessories that came with the original shipment.


Refund rules for products due to quality problems (damaged or scratched during transportation):


1. The buyer is responsible for checking the condition of the items. If there are quality problems, he must submit a return and refund application to the seller within three days from the date of receipt.

2. The seller is responsible for ensuring the quality of the product. If the product is returned or exchanged due to product quality problems, the handling fees and shipping costs incurred will be borne by the seller.

3. If the product is damaged artificially by the buyer, or if it is broken due to incorrect installation, no refund will be given.


Product non-damage return and exchange rules:


1. The buyer can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving the goods if there is no damage to the product and the parts are complete.
Buyers need to send our products to our designated warehouse, and we will issue a refund to the customer after confirming receipt of the goods. (Buyers bear all shipping costs)

2. The time for the refund to reach the customer's account is determined by the bank's processing speed, which is normally within 2 working days.

3. For orders that have not yet been shipped, buyers can apply for a refund within 48 hours after payment.

4. If the product has been shipped, returns or exchanges will not be accepted unless it is a quality problem (damaged or scratched during transportation). (If you need a refund, please follow the instructions in Article 1)

*All sales are final. Please read our store policies and product descriptions carefully before purchasing - returns and refunds cannot be made due to lack of product knowledge.

*All paint racks in our store are RACK ONLY. The rack does not come with paint.

*Resulting refunds will be transferred to the buyer's PayPal or credit card.
